Three years ago, I was a thirty-year old working professional in Corporate America. I had many trappings that I thought shouted success, but I always felt something was missing. I was not complete. One day I walked into a health club and an evolution began….my journey to Jennifer.
Following that day, I have had an awakening and a profound change in body, mind and spirit. The life I live now is beyond my wildest dreams. This is possible for you.
Ten years in the field of Human Resources, a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a certification from Coach for Life have given me the street credentials to be a life coach.
Yet, it’s my own journey and process of self-discovery, my adventures – successes and failures – love of life, passion, energy, insight and spirit-filled existence that qualify me to be your life coach.
